We didn’t plan to start a bakery; we just missed a flavor.

We couldn’t forget it. So we tried to make it.

It was a Basque-style cheesecake — burnt on top, soft in the center.
Simple. Creamy. Unforgettable.
So we tried to make it — this time, from our kitchen in San Diego.

We weren’t bakers back then.
But after hundreds of tries (and quite a few fails), we found the recipe that felt just right.

Today, we bake cheesecakes in small batches, by hand.
Each one is made to order — no freezers, no shortcuts.
That’s why we offer cheesecake preorders, pickup, and local delivery only in San Diego.

We’re not chefs. Just two people in San Diego, baking for those who notice the little things, like texture, timing, and that very first bite. We only bake by preorder, so every cake arrives fresh for your moment.
