Refund & Return Policy

At Bite Cheesecakes & Bakery, every cheesecake is freshly baked to order to ensure the highest quality and flavor. Because our products are perishable and made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed, shipped, or picked up.

However, your satisfaction means everything to us.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We’ll do our best to make it right — this may include a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements for orders reported after 24 hours of delivery or pickup, or in cases where products have been consumed, discarded, or altered.


Order Cancellations

Because all cheesecakes are made fresh to order, we begin preparing ingredients shortly after your order is placed.
For that reason, orders can only be canceled within 3 hours of placement to qualify for a full refund.

After this time window, production has usually begun, and we’re unable to offer cancellations or refunds.
If you experience an emergency or need to make changes, please contact us right away — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request if preparation hasn’t started yet.


Shipping & Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. However, if your package arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us immediately — we’ll review each case individually.
